In recent years I have been involuntarily by an expert on fear.
This blog has already been spoken of anxiety on several occasions and the truth that before creating the blog on a subject widely on aspects of personal development and coaching, I thought to write only about fear. Why?
all know what fear is more or less, but colloquially you could say that is when the brain has a sense of danger and orders the body to secrete adrenaline (a hormone that helps us in our actions in the fight or flight) . This unpleasant and intense emotion gives us a kind of paralysis of terror. This stoppage can sometimes be due to panic and panic is only when our body releases all that adrenaline, but not used. The body is flooded with adrenaline and we were confused and paralyzed.
What can we do when this happens? We can control the adrenaline and controlled deep breathing through the nose, this activates the parasympathetic nervous system and slows the segregation of the hormone. It is also important to know that it is okay to be frightened and that fear is completely natural.

But in the XXI century that fear is no longer part of our day to day. So when a situation arises in the adrenaline flowing, neither we, neither the use, or we like, and that's because unlike our ancestors, we are not familiar with it.

The first time you experience an overwhelming fear of an experience, then we have a huge fear of it happening again.
