Bronchitis In Newborn Babies
Hello dear readers,
today I decided to publish an article that I left at half time ago for lack of time I could not complete. But I have it fresh from the oven.
The article is about how Many of us manage our time and how we let all our last minute tasks. Initially
article is focused on university students, but you will see how we can extrapolate to many other facets of life.
A college professor gives you a period of 2 months for the individual work, which accounts for 40% of the final grade for the course. You know that note will depend greatly your chances of passing, but what happens next. In the first two weeks we do absolutely nothing in the next two have a vague recollection of the delivery of work but we have other things on his mind to prioritize and we are passing. When he started only one month left to look around us, classmates or friends to do the same to see how it goes. If they have started notice some pressure, in case you did not breathe quietly. With two weeks to the delivery pressure is beginning to bite and maybe do a little dabbling with the work, structuring a bit like what we do but without going into too much material. Days pass and adding the weekend that you spent a little party out and another day to the movies, you stand on Sunday and say "shit just one week for delivery." The pressure is noted in your body, a slight shiver runs through your skin and feel a knot in my stomach ... anxiety appears. Te structures
week so it's not too hard, spending maybe 2 or 3 hours a day to day and leaving a margin in case unforeseen circumstances. Obviously, unforeseen circumstances and only 3 days just working full time. During those days you suffer a lot, thought it was easier to work. Llamas classmates, spend endless hours with our friend Google, and finally arrive on Sunday, the day prior to delivery. Tired of palizón you've got all these days, you ate little, slept badly and you've been pretty bad moments.
A few days later comes the shout and you get a 6 out of 10 ... and think how great I am!, a job two months I've polished in 3 days.
This is repeated over and over again and our brains and start thinking that we can only work under pressure.
The question is, how I can do my tasks so that time and I'll bring a balanced life?
As the steps are as follows:
1 - The first is marked goal: This goal has to be powerful and should be what I want most in life. Take one example, a law student.
This student might think at first be very general objectives like "I want to be a lawyer" "I want to finish and the University" "" I want to get the best grade in my class "...
When you get a goal must be personal, positive and powerful.
In this case the student would have to say "I want to be a talented professional advocacy, with a lot of knowledge covering many fields, my clients friendly, generous and an honest life.
esque
The problem is too fragile mind and to internalize costs that goal we have set. So what we can do is:
- Print the object and place it in all parts of our room at the computer wallpaper in our portfolio ... etc.
"Imagine all the senses a feeling of accomplishment. Describe in detail the benefits of having succeeded. What does it taste to get it? What smell? What I hear when they had succeeded?
2 - Specific Objectives: An objective has many specific objectives, correspond to the sum of these. This is done to better focus.
"I want to study law deliberately to make the most that I can acquire knowledge and be a skillful and competent attorney"
"I specialize in international law to be more competent in the field that fascinates me most"
"I grow my values \u200b\u200band harmonizing my thoughts for a man that respects my clients'
"I want to be a rich man in all respects to have a lot to give to others and be generous and charitable"
"I have enough free time to enjoy with my family and my friends "
3 - Time Management : when we have set specific objectives we can analyze them and clarify them to be better focused. Now, here comes the problem of many people. Where did make time to meet my objectives?. For that we classify our operations in the next quadrant
Table 1 we activities that are part of our specific goals and we have to carry them out soon because we have not done before. This square is pushing us over time, examples are "doing the last day" studying for the final exam tomorrow ...
Table 2 we have activities that are part of our specific goals and we want to do them to be ready. That requires discipline, persistence and perseverance. Examples would be "doing work slowly" you study every day, "" going out with friends having fun "
Table 3 are activities that require an early response but are not part of our objectives, such as a phone call, do someone a favor ...
Table 4 activities do not require an early response, and are not part of our objectives. As an example, watch TV for hours, gossiping Facebook profiles be outside all afternoon ....
Fun with friends is in Table 2 because one of our goals should be that, and have more time in Table 2 have to say no to activities in Tables 3 and 4.
To work in Table 2 is important to be disciplined and persevering peristente.
4 - Plan : when we have managed our play time planning.
- We must define the activity WANT TO
- Break the activity into smaller tasks
-Organize your tasks in a logical order
-Prioritize the most important tasks
-Set dates for completion of each task
not lose much either time planning, since it is much more important to act. Planning is simply a map to follow.
5 - WORKS!
This is the most complicated of all. Acting is simply carrying out the activities we've planned.
tasks THEM DO NOT HAVE TO CHOOSE THEM. I have the power I choose whether or not I already do that in life there is nothing that we have to do, because life is to decide.
And finally I would like to put a line in the movie Back to the Future II that seems very Freak
"The future is not written, can be changed, anyone can build their future and do anything as want, I can not let this little picture (the tombstone with his name) determine my fate, I must live life according to what I think is right in my heart "
