Ambition, hungry for success
Katie was a successful executive, 45, who had one of the richest companies in the Netherlands, with annual turnover was 60,000 million € for the whole country over. Katie as expected was a very busy woman, barely had time for nothing and much of his spare time was devoted to business issues.

This company that analogy would be like the Corte Ingles department store, with over 50,000 employees. Housed within their facilities to small businesses also sold their products. One of these shops was WK-Glasses optics with an enviable track record, so it took Katie's management team to recommend the purchase of this small optical and extended by many sites.
Well although the turnover of small business that was ridiculous compared to other companies and the fact that any of its directors could manage the buying, Katie attended and addressed all meetings were made. But how could a woman be president of a very large corporation devoted so much time (30 sessions) to a subject that was barely reaching significance?
The answer is that Katie was extremely ambitious and enjoyed by growing the company she led, whatever the operation. His ambition was to win more money, but to advance your business in all possible directions.
Today I wanted to write a long story and we all understand more or less what is be ambitious. That does not mean you have been faithful to my writing style a small example of an ambitious person with great success for the relationship between one thing and another.
ambition Although often associated with negative, I believe it is essential that each and every one of us to have a minimum of ambition in life. On the blog we try to see what aspects may help us realize our full potential and make the best of ourselves and I think that is a necessary pillar of ambition.
In this life for me, success is always associated with a dose of ambition. When we set a number of objectives either in a session coaching, or just thinking to ourselves, we need to aspire with all our energies these goals. Without a touch of ambition is difficult to get out of the uncertainties displayed on our way, or take the risks necessary to move forward and overcome the failures that will surely be happening.
The ambition of every one is different when it comes to getting a goal, an ambition to be the money for another win and be famous for another to be integrated into a social group for another have more free time .. . and so on. We always have the chance to be compliant and not be greedy, but in my point of view, and do not thrive new and different things, is against any development. So it will be impossible to get our full potential.
I firmly believe that the ambition, healthy and balanced, we can provide the spark or enough energy to propel us to achieve our goals. In this blog we talk a lot about the importance of set goals and strive to achieve them despite the obstacles we encounter along the way we go, as gentlemen we are a bit more ambitious, realistic but let us not settle for little.
To be successful, and I mean not only professional success, but success in achieving our goals, we must be ambitious and not very conformist. That said, too much ambition can cause unhappiness, so we are cautious and give life a touch but not too ambitious.
