ANXIETY - Road to Depression

Hello again everyone!

already wanted to re-write, and that we learn a bit more about things that affect our emotions and our moods.

Yesterday I met the news of the suicide of a friend of a friend of mine. Which, has encouraged me to write a bit about the anxiety and depression, which often have been sent some people on the edge, ending their lives. Sounds hard, and is a topic that still seems taboo in our society.
As you know, news of the suicides are not issued by the media, it is understood, that having that many people end their life this way, can encourage people in such situations to take this such decisions. But hey, do not come to speak of suicide, but the Depression, and as you can reach a state of depression, because of uncontrolled anxiety.

As we saw in chapter I wrote in May, " Anxiety - Answer Prehistoric" (I recommend reading before to continue with this article), we saw what is anxiety, and how it can affect us in our daily lives. Well, today we see the consequences of uncontrolled anxiety as it often leads to depression.

When anxiety is an impediment in many facets of your life, for example, keeps you from going quiet to work (just thinking about going to work you drop the world over), prevents you from maintaining a relationship ( your "stripes" will generate a strong anxiety), prevents you from doing things in public (go to places somewhat crowded, public speaking ..), keeps you from making decisions of a major character appears ...., what we might call "Blocking vital" (sounds technical dragon ball lol).
call I thought so, because in the life of a person, all impidemento is a - no-growth, a stop on personal development, a blockade of the evolution of life.
Then we can go and interview her relationship anxiety with mood.

Anxiety affects our mood. Blocking vital that we experience generates a plummeting self-esteem. Is a change, to evolve in your day to day, getting stuck, getting stuck and it affects us a lot. Our self-esteem is damaged, because our assessment of ourselves can not be positive, seeing that we are unable to overcome those obstacles that keep us happy.

The fall of self-esteem, is sad, negative thoughts and the road to depression. Depression is exhaustion and unhappiness. And it may be temporarily or permanently. Therefore, we must be very careful with our state of anxiety, it affects us and go to be aware of what is happening to me.

When I opened the blog, I did so with the intention to learn and teach those lessons to my surroundings. But if anything can make me happy, no longer have 100 hits a day, 200, or they are, but rather serve something I write. And if I write about the anxiety, because I know first hand, and have lived all that counts. As for me, it is essential that everyone can extract some articles like this.

Above all, it is clear the concept of "Knowing what is happening to me." IS ESSENTIAL. If you do not know what anxiety is, if you do not realize that is preventing you evolve, you have many papers, so that more sooner or later it affects your mood and in some cases can lead you to depression. And yes, depression is 100% combat it, in most cases is temporary, it disappears but others may be permanent for long enough, so you do not value anything, so you do not care about anything, and take a wrong exit.

I would leave you a test online, which is made at a time that values \u200b\u200bthe depressive syndrome.
